I’ve learned a lot in programming and on how to communicate with others. Previously, I programme alone, here I’ll team work and communicate with other trainees and mentors. There’s a lot of collaboration opportunities here. We have disagreement sometimes, but this teaches me to express myself clearly and appropriately so others can easily understand my viewpoint.

“Coding for Life” cultivates young people with limited resources through creative coding programmes, enhancing their abilities to thrive in the local and global tech-driven economy. By narrowing the digital divide and social stratification through alternative yet practical approaches, such as coding education and mentorship programmes, we strengthen disadvantaged youth’s computational thinking and promote community integration. Most of these programmes have rigorous assessments and evaluations with university partners to ensure programme effectiveness and improvements.
